"Lomas", meaning "hills" in Spanish, pays homage to the legendary cigar maestro Julio Eiroa's Honduran cigar factory and residence, nestled in the region known as Las Lomas. This is where the story begins.
In 2008, after selling the Camacho brand, Julio Eiroa did not stop. He and his son embarked on a new exploration: to create a completely independent, premium hand-rolled cigar brand designed to be a part of everyday life. It aims to honor exquisite craftsmanship while easily enriching daily moments. This independent dream was ultimately named Casa Lomas—born from a firm belief that the finest craftsmanship and purest Honduran tobaccos should be shared with all cigar enthusiasts, not reserved for a few. It should be accessible, yet its quality will never be compromised.
Today, Casa Lomas is offered in two exceptional series: Connecticut and Sun Grown. Both feature tobaccos cultivated exclusively on Julio’s Honduran farms. The Connecticut series boasts a delicate flavor profile, with hints of cream, latte, and vanilla sweetness. The Sun Grown series, with its mild to medium strength, presents a symphony of nutty, toasted, and cedarwood notes that linger on the palate.
Casa Lomas stands as the natural extension of the Eiroa legacy—crafted with the same devotion to tradition and Honduran terroir. It is heritage made accessible. A cigar defined by balance, consistency, and authenticity, made to be part of everyday life.
