Chateau Diadem is a boutique handmade cigar brand originating from the Dominican Republic, co-founded by two cousins from Geneva, Switzerland—Emily Sahakian and Thierry Farah. In the 1990s, Thierry launched an online cigar shop in Switzerland, becoming a pioneer in the local online cigar industry, while Emily came from a background in high-end food and beverage, discovering a natural connection between cigars, wine, and craftsmanship. Combining decades of passion and experience, they established a factory in the Pisano free zone north of Santiago in the Dominican Republic, committed to crafting each cigar with meticulous attention to detail. The brand’s first series, “Conviction,” embodies their complete interpretation of quality, tradition, and artistry. From multiple fermentations of the cigar leaves and hand-selection by a dedicated team to a six-month aging period, Chateau Diadem guards every step of the process with boutique-scale dedication, accompanying cigar enthusiasts through moments of gathering, reflection, or celebration.
